Meet the Artist:
Sam Lucas is a visual artist born and raised in San Francisco, where she is currently based. She received her BA in Studio Art and has continued to pursue this line of work specializing in ink drawings, painting, and printmaking.
Her Work:
Sam's work can be characterized as combining draftsmanship and graphic illustration to produce highly detail oriented pieces inspired from the natural world around her. Her work focuses on the delicacy of both urban and natural ecosystems with a fantastical twist to each piece's story.
